This modest 2 storey cottage is minutes away from Shediac, located on a private beach. Literally steps from the beach (100 feet) where you can anchor your water craft within view. The Northumberland Strait boast the warmest salt water temperature north of the Carolina's and the great number of beaches make this one of the most popular and desirable cottage country tourist destinations. It is centrally located to Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia, the perfect area to make scenic day trips from.
This 1100 sq ft cottage offers a clean affordable accommodation. It has 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 twin, double sofa bed and a queen sofa bed. It can comfortable sleep 11) and 2 bathrooms. The main floor consists of a front sitting room (Florida room) , kitchen, living room, one bedroom with a twin bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a ½ bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and has a beautiful view of the water. The second bedroom has two double beds.
It is equipped with all new linens (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, beach towels, hypoallergenic pillows, mattress and pillow protectors along with new box springs and mattresses) , dishes, cooking utensils, tv, cable, dvd/cd surround sound, electric heat, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and a propane BBQ with side burner. The large 365 sq ft front wraparound deck , which includes patio furniture, has a great view of the water and a 150 sq ft wraparound rear deck if you are looking to chase the shade or sun. There is an exterior fire pit with plenty of wood, for that special evening with love one's.

If you are planning a vacation in New Brunswick, Shediac is a must see. Our Famous Parlee Public Beach in Shediac, Pointe du Chene enjoy great food and party to the wee hours, Boutouche Bay Dunes, Le Pays de la Segouine, Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island to see Anne of Green Gables, Kouchibougouc and Fundy National Parks. Take a leisurely drive along the shore and visit Caissie Cape, Shediac, Pointe du Chene, Cape Pele, Grand Barachois and Cape Brule. Close to many tourist attractions, Magic Mountain and Magnetic Hill for the young at heart, numerous golf courses, including the famous Royal Oaks, boat tours, seafood restaurants, boutiques and fresh local sea food.
Shediac is known as The Lobster Capital of the World. It is estimated that there is 2000 cottages plus numerous campgrounds, hotels and motels receive an influx of tourist that bring the 7000 winter population to approximately 80,000 during the summer months.
