Just a short 5 minute drive to world renowned Fairwinds golf course. A 10 minute drive to famous Rathtrevor Beach in Parksville, and 20 minutes by car to Nanaimo for shopping, restaurants, movie theatres, and the ferries.
The homes' bedrooms consist of the main bedroom with queen sized bed, with ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, and third bedroom with double bed. The main bathroom also has a very large shower. In the living room there is a brand new flat screen TV, with a great selection of DVD's,for adults, families and children, as well as a small library of books. There are also toys and games for all ages, as well as beach toys for the kids. A Peg Perego highchair is available for little ones. Beach towels and a small cooler are also supplied for your convenience. Relax in the private backyard, where the children can play on the grass or you can dine on the patio at the end of the day. Just a short stroll will bring you to a wonderful secluded safe pebble beach and park with magnificant views of the area. This beach is suitable for swimming, beachcombing, and enjoying the sunset at the end of the day, even sealions cam be heard here during certain times of the year. Also a great place for children to view starfish and sealife in the tide pools at low tide.
